Four elite Soldier-athletes from the U.S. Army World Class Athlete Program delivered powerful performances for Team USA at the Pan American Greco-Roman Wrestling Championships in Querétaro, Mexico. Alejandro Sancho (72 kg) and Kamal Bey (77 kg) dominated their brackets, each capturing gold. Michial Foy (97 kg) battled to earn a well-deserved bronze, while Ellis Coleman (63 kg) showcased grit and determination on his way to a strong silver finish. A proud showing of military excellence on the mat!

2025 U.S. Open and Greco-Roman World Team Trials, Las Vegas, NV
On 24-26 April, members of the U.S. Army World Class Athlete Program (WCAP) Wrestling teams competed at the 2025 USA Wrestling Men’s Greco-Roman World Team Trials and Women’s Freestyle National Championships in Las Vegas, NV. The men's Greco-Roman team had a stellar performance winning four of the ten weight classes being contested for the U.S. World Championship team and runner-up honors in the overall team competition. The women's Freestyle team captured one national championship title and earned three USA Wrestling national team honors. The performances by WCAP Soldier-athletes continue to embody the Army’s motto: Be All You Can Be.
