Although he made the All-State football team three times, Bruce began to shift to wrestling during high school, and seized success immediately. He won state titles both his junior and senior years, and won a bronze medal at the Junior Olympics. Bruce wrestled for the All Army Team and WCAP from 1996 to 2004, collecting a variety of honors. Since 2005, he has coached for WCAP, leading his wrestlers to win scores of medals.

The thought of helping one of my athletes became a world or Olympic champion – that’s what drives me.

2002 – 2015 - Coached Wrestlers to win 6 World Medals
