PV2 Spencer Howe, from Los Angeles, California, is a Senior Pair Figure Skater with the U.S. Army World Class Athlete Program. A lifelong athlete, Spencer began figure skating nearly 20 years ago and has earned multiple international podium finishes, including silver at the 2023 Four Continents Championships. He joined the Army in February 2025 as an 88M Auto Transport Operator, proudly balancing military service with elite competition on behalf of Team USA.

Being able to serve my country and participate in my sport at the same time is an unbelievable opportunity that I am incredibly grateful to have. Through the WCAP, It's a dream come true to be able to serve in the Army with a skill I have been doing all my life.
