PFC Sheelyn Patricio
Boxing
PFC Sheelyn Maire Lameg Patricio, from Mililani, Hawai‘i, began boxing at just five years old, following her family’s long tradition in the sport. Overcoming a life-changing car accident in 2021, she fought her way back into competition, earning national titles and a spot at the Olympic Trials. Joining the U.S. Army in May 2025 as a 92W Water Treatment Specialist, she proudly serves her country while pursuing her passion for boxing through the World Class Athlete Program.
It’s an incredible feeling to stand for something bigger than my own name and to have the opportunity to represent the United States with pride, both in and beyond the boxing ring.
