CPT Patrick Blair proudly serves in the U.S. Army as a Physician Assistant and Head Coach of the WCAP Men’s Rugby Sevens team. Introduced to rugby as a freshman in high school when a coach brought the sport to football players, Blair quickly developed a passion for the game and its culture. A former USA National Team player and Pan American Games medalist, he now leads Soldier-athletes while proudly representing the Army through leadership, service, and rugby.

I joined for multiple reasons to include love of country, WCAP, education, benefits, and the sense of being part of something bigger than myself.
