1LT Peter Ogunsanya is a Greco-Roman wrestler and a proud U.S. Army officer. A native of River Forest, IL, he graduated from the United States Military Academy and commissioned as a 14A Air Defense Artillery Officer in May 2022. A 2022 U23 National Champion and 2x NCAA qualifier, Peter now competes through WCAP, where he serves his country while pursuing his Olympic dream with discipline and unwavering determination.

I joined the Army to challenge myself in new ways and to grow as a leader and a man. I believed it would develop me both personally and professionally and it has.
