“My stepdad forced my brother and me to wrestle because we were at home playing video games all the time,” says Ellis. That began a career that has taken him to the highest levels of sport. As a youth, he won nationals twice. After joining the Army in 2013, he earned placement on two world teams and has won three national titles.

Regardless of the situation, I will fight to the end, wear my colors on my sleeve and always represent my country with gratitude.
