Para-Archery

MSG Michael Haley began his Army journey in June 2007, answering a calling to serve that he had felt since childhood. A Tampa, Florida, native, Haley built his career as an Infantryman, learning from Soldiers across the Army while embracing opportunities to lead others in service to the nation. In 2023, he discovered Para Archery through military adaptive sports, including the Warrior Games, and quickly developed a passion for the precision, process, and discipline required to make every arrow count. Today, Haley competes in Open Compound Archery and proudly serves as a Soldier-athlete in the U.S. Army World Class Athlete Program. WCAP has given him the opportunity to continue serving following injury while pursuing excellence in his sport. Haley considers representing the Army through competition a privilege and remains committed to giving his time and energy to the American people while pursuing perfection as an athlete and Soldier.
